At Reis Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service. We recommend using DHL or FedEx for faster processing.
  5. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Reis Clothing Shop.
